| My name is Sarah. The main reason I started this deviantART account was to document my time spent at the animal shelter this summer. In taking pictures of the animals that passed through my care, I am better able to remember them even after they have gone to new homes. I don't have much to say about myself. I'm in high school and make decent grades. I don't enjoy school at all, though; it causes me a great deal of stress and unhapiness, though it is manageable. I love photography, though I'm quite mediocre. I would loveloveLOVE to get a Nikon D90 (as if I had THAT kind of money!) but right now I'm stuck with a cheezy Coolpix. Not bad for point and shoot, unbelievable frustrating when you're trying to capture moving animals without a flash (the flash is just pitiful). I hope to some day work in Wildlife Conservation in cooperation with a zoo or Wildlife Foundation, such as WWF or The Sierra Club. Who knows where I'll end up. Hopefully, I'll be there with a camera.  |
